This is the oldest diesellocomotive in the NSS collection.
In 1988 the machine was handed over by the firm Oving to the NSS, because it had stood there, unused for thirty
years.
Until 1948 the machine has served for the De Ossewaard brick factory in Hagestein, and was tranferred to
Oving for revision.
Apparently the price for this revision was this high, that it was decided not to return the machine.
At the Oving firm the machine was set apart, and it got a status as a kind of museumlocomotive.
This locomotive does not use a radiator for its cooling, but a large watertank fitted on the back of the machine.
