De firma Oving Spoor/ODS heeft zich tot 1995 beziggehouden met de verhuur van smalspoormaterieel. In 1988 beschikte Oving nog over 50 locomotieven, maar door ruimtegebrek en de teruglopende vraag naar smalspoorlocomotieven, werd een groot deel van het locomotievenpark afgestoten. Zo kwam ook deze EL 110 bij de NSS terecht. Deze Jung locomotief is eigenlijk vrij fors in verhouding tot het kleine vermogen dat hij levert. Ook de constructie van de buffer is vrij bijzonder.
Oving Spoor/ODS was active in the narrow gauge rental business until 1995.
In 1988 Oving had about 50 locomotives. Lack of space combined with the deminishing requests for narrow
gauge locomotives, caused Oving to push of a large number of its locomotives.
Thus also this EL 110 found its way to NSS.
This Jung locomotive is quite large compared to the small engine power.
Also the construction of the buffer is interesting.
